"Supplement advice felt unclear"
I was hoping their articles would help me figure out what to take and when, but the information felt kind of all over the place. The usage directions didn’t make it clear how much I should actually be taking, so I ended up feeling like I was guessing. I even checked back through my emails and receipt to see if there were better instructions included somewhere, but I didn’t find anything useful. Overall, it just wasn’t very helpful for me.

My order showed up with the wrong items, and one thing was missing completely. I tried to get it sorted out, but it ended up being more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I’m not asking for anything special, just for a business to send what I paid for and make it right when they don’t. Frustrating experience, so I can’t give more than 1 star

"First impression was hopeful, but I didn’t notice much"
My first impression was that this seemed like a really promising routine, so I went into it hopeful. I tried the collagen and some of the gut health capsules for almost two months, but i didn’t feel any real difference. No extra energy, my skin looked the same, and my stomach was still unpredictable. Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, I expected to notice at least some kind of change. For me, it just felt like I spent a lot on powders and pills that didn’t really do anything.

I emailed Ancient Nutrition twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. all I needed was a quick answer, so it was frustrating. their customer service feels like it’s basically not even there.

"Return felt like too much of a gamble"
I usually try to be careful about where I order from, especially if I’m not 100% sure I’ll keep the item. In this case, the return process was confusing, the refund took way longer than I expected, and support kept sending really short replies that didn’t help much. It just didn’t feel worth the risk for me, so I probably won’t order from here again...

"I really wanted to like this, but…"
I really wanted to like this, but the texture was just not it for me. It was clumpy and gritty in a way that made it hard to keep drinking, like when protein powder doesn’t mix right, or when hot chocolate has those little dry chunks, or when a smoothie has weird bits that won’t blend. I tried stirring it more, shaking it, letting it sit for a minute, all that, but it still had that sandy, lumpy feel. I couldn’t finish it.

"Frustrating Checkout Experience"
I tried placing an order on ancientnutrition, but the checkout process was really frustrating for me. The site kept freezing, my cart changed on its own a couple of times, and the discount code I had would not work. What should have been a quick order ended up taking way too long. Overall, it just was not a good experience...

I know a lot of people seem to swear by collagen and say they notice big changes, but after trying this for a month, I didn’t feel any difference. If anything, my stomach felt a little off while taking it. Maybe it works better for others, but it wasn’t for me and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Dosage feels like a hassle"
The serving size is more annoying than I expected. I didn’t realize you have to take that many pills/scoops just to get the amount they advertise on the label, and it feels like something they should make way clearer upfront.

It’s hard to work into my daily routine, and the tub seems to disappear way too fast. For the price, the dosage should be simpler, but it kind of feels like they’re more interested in getting you to buy another one sooner. I won’t be buying it again.

"Lost trust over the high prices"
I really wanted to like Ancient Nutrition, but after looking at what you actually get for the price, I just don’t feel good about it anymore. It seems way more expensive than a lot of other supplement brands, that made me lose trust a bit. Maybe it works great for some people, but I can’t justify spending that much for the amount they give you. It just feels overpriced

"Always Out of Stock"
I keep trying to give them another chance, but every time I check, the items I actually want are out of stock. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here — it’s just frustrating when you’re ready to buy and can’t. After a while, it makes it hard to keep coming back

"Frustrating billing experience"
I wanted to like the service, and at first I was feeling okay about everything. But then the billing issues started, and it really threw me off. One minute I was thinking it would be a quick fix, the next I was getting seriously frustrated because it just shouldn’t be this difficult. I’m not angry exactly, just disappointed and kind of tired of dealing with it. Overall, not a great experience for me.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from ancientnutrition.com the shipping took way too long. I get that delays can happen, but the tracking barely updated and I was left wondering where my order even was. By the time it finally showed up, I was already irritated. The product itself might be totally fine, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better delivery updates and a faster shipping experience. Not sure I’d order again after that

"Felt like I was being sent in circles"
I went on Ancient Nutrition hoping there’d be a better variety of products, but the selection felt limited to me. A lot of it seemed like the same kind of thing with slightly different packaging, so I kept second-guessing what was actually different.

I was also trying to find something for more specific needs, and it just felt like I was being passed around from one product page to another without really getting anywhere. After clicking around for a while, I got frustrated and gave up. Not really for me, honestly

"Felt like they didn’t even read my message"
I got my order and was disappointed that the expiration date was so close, especially for what I paid. The powder also had this slightly stale smell, so I didn’t feel great about using it. I emailed them about it, but the response felt super generic, like nobody actually read what I wrote. I don’t think I’ll order again because I just don’t trust the freshness.

"Did anyone else feel bloated from this?"
I tried this collagen powder for about a week, my stomach just wasn’t having it. I was dealing with bloating, cramps, and basically running to the bathroom every morning. Once I stopped taking it, I felt normal again quickly. Maybe it works great for other people, but it definitely didn’t agree with me. Has anyone else had this happen?
